
Pomegranate became the big thing a few years ago, and I have been hearing countless things about their excellent anti-oxidant properties – 3 times more than green tea and red wine, so that’s pretty big!
Health benefits of pomegranates:

- helps guards the body against premature aging, heart disease, cancer and osteoarthritis
- protects the arteries
- fights breast cancer
- lowers cholesterol
- filled with fiber, potassium, Vitamin A & C
- anti-bacterial effects against dental plaque
Pretty amazing! I have started off the day with a glass of pomegranate juice every morning, and I do think it’s excellent. I would highly recommend it – it is such an easy, simple way to stay healthy.
